the moka lamp
This lamp was made from items brought in a charity shop, mainly a Bialetti espresso maker and a steal vegetable rack. The lamp is a play on how coffee is required for many people to function, the light allows the productive capability of coffee to spill onto the users desk, without the stained documents and fried laptops that come with the usual accidents.
The first photograph was taken by photographer Ed Tritton.
Shown at the BBM Exhibitions in Selfridges (Birmingham), the Milan Expo 2015, and at the British Embassy in Brussels. As well as the Concept Room Exhibition and the OED Studio Artisanal Digest Exhibition as part of the Milan Furniture Design Week.
